Always great down home food. I have eaten there many times this time I had the grown-up grilled cheese and homemade chicken soup yummy 😋. Breakfast all day. Cheerful ambience. Employees were nice and friendly.

This place is much better than IHOP. They serve breakfast all day and the quality is amazing. The service is fantastic, the place is family owned and operated so as soon as you step in you’re greeted with smiles and a warm hello, the whole experience feels like coming home. Menu: Classic American diner items. Also, they serve many different types of pies which are all very high quality. In addition, to various breakfast items, they also have burgers, steaks and other popular American diner dishes. This is definitely the place to come to have a good southern-style home cooked, meal.

I can't help but enjoy this place. The servers are so friendly. The food is good and pretty fairly priced. The pies I've tried really are delicious even though I'd guess they come in frozen. The lost star is for the building. It's kind of a dump. Leaking ceilings, in need of some paint, and new window treatments... Just an overhaul in general.

This was the best place we ate during our stay in st. Augustine! Our waitress Deb was phenomenal, attentive without being overbearing and so SO friendly. we had barely ordered and our food was coming out of the kitchen. The food was AMAZING. Simple order of chicken tenders and fries came with a delicious, obviously homemade biscuit and a second order of eggs and potatoes was cooked perfectly to order! The restaurant manager Terri came out to check on us and helped me buy a whole pie to take home. Overall everyone was super friendly, smiling, and hospitable even at the late dinner time. 100% would recommend!

My former sister-in-law who lives in St Augustine suggested we meet here for coffee. It's slightly off the beaten path, but has plenty of free parking. My travel companions and I hadn't intended to eat at what Pat described as a Denny- like place. Once my two travel companions & I arrived we discovered we were all pretty hungry and decided to give the food a try. It was terrific. My California scramble was extremely tasty and generously portioned. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. The service was excellent. It is also super casual and affordable.

There was three of us we were there on a charter trip out of Wesley Chapel they were doing a tour of Saint Augustine.Their chili was southwestern style it had a little bit of a bite to it but it was great play try it! I had the grown-up grilled cheese sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed. Another one had the BLT and they enjoyed it as well. Don't remember what the third person had as a sandwich. But there was no complaints from anyone of us! Staff was outstanding and they were on it! I look forward to going again when I'm up there.

Great place to have burger and pie.. melted your heartI had the all world double cheeseburger and lemon pie..and very yummy..The place is cozy and the service is great

Our visit was very nice. Our servers name was Ashely. She was pretty efficient. They made a mistake on my hash potatoes, this was rectified quickly. The food was the best I've had at any village inn. Pancakes, strawberry crepes, hashed potatoes and Ultimate skillet meal were all delicious. The biscuits and gravy were standard. The gravy could have more flavor. Thumbs up to the chef. :) Overall a good meal.

Food is great. Waitstaff is marvelous. Free pie nite with entree on Wednesday is a plus! Their pies are great to bring home or to take to family gatherings. Would recommend this place for food, pricing and the hours.
